Note on adding in supplements: I usually add Vita

Note on adding in supplements:

I usually add Vitamin C (around 1-2 doses for the whole recipe) and it’s an easy way to top up without tracking how much they eat, because as I explained, additional vitamin C is very safe.
Even a small serving gives a meaningful nutrient boost, alongside their usual daily supplement dose. Plus, the addition of the Mighty Kids into the recipe really helps with the flavour!
If you prefer to use Mighty Kids magnesium or multivitamin, an easy way to do it is just divide the jelly into individual moulds (a silicone muffin tin works great!) and stir in the supplement, so each portion has a set amount.
