If you have any issues with your order, these must be reported by email to team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item, as per the tracking information.
Returns
Sealed, unopened bottles in like new condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase date for a refund. Refunds will be processed after eligible product has been received by our warehouse. We do not cover return shipping on EU orders and you will need to send proof of postage/tracking to our team once you have sent the item back: team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk
We do not accept returns or replace bottles for any reason past 90 days from the purchase date.

During busy times such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and other sales, returns/refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DAMAGED PARCELS
In order for us to process a claim for a refund or replacement, one of the following MUST be done, and you must retain the full parcel with contents until we confirm the refund or replacement will be processed:
1. Refuse delivery if there are any signs of damage or if the parcel is in a plastic bag by the courier, OR
2. Send photos of all damaged bottles to team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk (not just the box), OR
3. If you feel it is unsafe to open/inspect the parcel, PLEASE do not, and instead, contact us immediately to arrange a collection of the full parcel. team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk
