Other Delivery Information
Due to weight limits on shipping labels, larger orders may be split into more than one box. While these are always packed and picked up from our warehouse at the same time, they are not always delivered by the courier at the same time. The rest of your order will be on the way and is usually delivered next day or very shortly after the first parcel.
You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you may be away from your address when delivery is attempted, you can specify a safe place for parcels to be left during checkout. Otherwise, the courier will usually put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery or arrange collection.
Sweden
The EU delivery rate above applies, and an additional charge of 175 SEK per parcel is levied by Swedish customs. This charge applies to every imported parcel that contains dietary supplements, and we are unable to cover it without increasing our prices.
PLEASE NOTE: It is quite a process to get these parcels from our warehouse in the UK to other countries, and there are certain issues with border control or couriers that are simply out of our control. We absorb as much of the cost as possible by offering free shipping at a certain price point, and covering customs/duties/fees. We cannot resend parcels that are stuck or stopped at customs, or delayed by couriers in your own country, and it is up to customers to decide if this is a risk they wish to take. Most parcels get through successfully but there are exceptions which appear to be quite random. We are working hard to set up distribution centres in Europe and America to reduce these issues!
