We’ve combined the proven liposomal delivery system with a whole host of essential daily nutrients that will provide support for nearly every function in the human body.

A full list of the vitamins and minerals is below and includes Lutein and Zeaxanthin. These 2 ingredients are proven to support normal eye function and health, particularly of the retinas. They also provide protection against the harmful effects of extended blue light exposure.

We know that even with a healthy, balanced diet it can be difficult to obtain enough nutrients from food alone, and wanted to create a simple solution that would top up vitamin and mineral levels in a single, readily absorbed serving.

The multivitamin includes the recommended daily dose of D3, K2 and some Vitamin C, but it does not contain Magnesium, as there was a limit to how much we could fit in one serving size! Therefore, it is advisable to take the Mighty Kids Magnesium alongside. We highly recommend using additional Vitamin C to ensure optimal levels, which will help during times of illness or additional stress.

Dosage

• Age 2 to 4 – 2.5ml/day (60 daily servings)
• Age 5 to 12 – 5ml/day (30 daily servings)

PLEASE NOTE: When we originally released each new product, our labels were designed with dosage from 2 years+.

Mighty Kids was the first UK company to create liposomal supplements for kids and so as industry leaders, we wanted to exercise caution and start with a very conservative age limit. We have since received guidance from our team of scientists and nutritionists that our dosage on all our products in the kids line is safe from 12 months- with parental discretion. Parents need to ensure a child is not already on a prescribed infant formula, specially fortified milk, or other supplements that contain high amounts of these ingredients. Please check labels for these amounts. We previously decided that we were most comfortable keeping the labels as they were to allow for direct communication with parents to explain the above and to ensure absolute safety for those who may not reach out to us beforehand to discuss this. However, with over a year of education provided to our customers, we are now in the process of updating our labels to reflect the current guidance and this will happen in the next production batch.
